We offer digital materials such as e-books, video tutorials, and templates that supplement our training courses.

2.3 Goods

We may provide physical items related to AI training, including printed manuals and workshop kits.

3. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

3.1 Professional Services

If you need to cancel a scheduled training session, notify us at least 14 calendar days before the start date to qualify for a full reimbursement. Requests received later may qualify for a credit toward future sessions at learnaiwise.pro. Customized workshops are non-refundable due to dedicated development time.

3.2 Information Products

For digital downloads, you may request reimbursement within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the materials have not been fully accessed. Approved requests will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 10 calendar days. After materials are accessed, purchases are final to protect digital integrity.

3.3 Goods

Physical products may be exchanged or reimbursed within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and sent back in original packaging. Defective products are eligible for a replacement shipment or reimbursement upon receipt of the item sent back.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on learnaiwise.pro, and your continued use signifies acceptance.
